The 73^rd Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Psychological Association (SEPA) will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Greenville, SC, April 7 – 10, 2027.  The exhibitor booths will be located in the same general area as the SEPA and CEPO Poster Sessions.

For our 2027 Annual Meeting, the cost for a standalone 10×10 ft booth is $875.00 (Note – if paying by check, the cost is $850.00; the additional $25.00 covers the processing fee that SEPA incurs for credit card payments).  This price includes: the space itself for the entire Annual Meeting; one skirted table; two chairs; one wastebasket; a sign showcasing the institution/company name; janitorial service for the aisles in the exhibit area; two complimentary meeting registration badges.  Additional badges (as needed) may be purchased for $50 per exhibitor.

SEPA Exhibitors are welcome to attend all events associated with the Annual Meeting.

Registration:

Payment may be made using credit card (via PayPal) or check.  The final deadline for credit card payment is March 3, 2027.  Checks will be accepted for payment until March 12, 2027.  Names and email addresses must accompany all checks, otherwise they will be mailed back to the sender.
