Annual Meeting Sponsor Registration

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express by using our online payment system (available early September, 2022). Final deadline for credit card payment is February 28, 2023.

Checks will be accepted for payment until March 10, 2023. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES:

$3,000 Breakfast Break – Thursday, Friday, or Saturday Morning:

Your organization will be listed on the SEPA website and in the meeting mobile app as the event sponsor. Additionally, your organization will receive a full-page ad in the SEPA program (please note SEPA will not be offering a printed program to attendees in 2023; instead we will create a digital program that will be published to our website as well as to the meeting mobile app).
Your organization will receive two free registrations to attend the conference.
Your organization will receive complimentary signage for your event.
Breakfast items and coffee will be served from 8 to 10 in a highly visible area and a table will be provided for your Organization Representative to distribute marketing materials and interact with attendees.

$3,500 Meet & Greet Coffee – Wednesday Night:

Your organization will be listed on the SEPA website and in the meeting mobile app as the event sponsor. Additionally, your organization will receive a full-page ad in the SEPA program (please note SEPA will not be offering a printed program to attendees in 2023; instead we will create a digital program that will be published to our website as well as to the meeting mobile app).
Your organization will receive two badges to attend the conference.
Your organization will receive complimentary signage for your event.
Your organization will receive an exhibitor booth for the duration of the conference at no extra cost. A Coffee Station will be located near your booth for higher visibility.

$4,000 Presidential Reception – Thursday Night:

Your organization will be listed on the SEPA website and in the meeting mobile app as the event sponsor. Additionally, your organization will receive a full-page ad in the SEPA program (please note SEPA will not be offering a printed program to attendees in 2023; instead we will create a digital program that will be published to our website as well as to the meeting mobile app).
Your organization will receive two badges to attend the conference.
Your organization will receive complimentary signage for your event.
Your organization representative will be acknowledged at the reception and will have the opportunity to interact with attendees.
Your organization will receive an exhibitor booth for the duration of theconference at no extra cost.

$5,000 Awards Reception – Friday Night:

Your organization will be listed on the SEPA website and in the meeting mobile app as the event sponsor. Additionally, your organization will receive a full-page ad in the SEPA program (please note SEPA will not be offering a printed program to attendees in 2023; instead we will create a digital program that will be published to our website as well as to the meeting mobile app).
Your organization will receive four badges to attend the conference.
Your organization will be permitted to disburse promotional materials during the reception.
Your organization will receive complimentary signage for your event.
Your organization representative will be acknowledged at the reception and will have the opportunity to interact with attendees.
Your organization will receive an exhibitor booth for the duration of the conference at no extra cost.
