Annual Meeting Exhibitor Registration

The 69th Annual Meeting of SEPA will be held at The Sheraton New Orleans, April 5-8, 2023.  The Exhibits will be located in the same general area as the SEPA Poster Sessions (i.e., the Napoleon Ballroom) which allows for maximum visibility and interfacing with meeting attendees.   

For our 2023 Annual Meeting the cost of a standalone 10x10 booth is $800.00. This price includes: the space itself for the entire exhibit period; two 6-foot skirted tables, two side chairs, a wastebasket, a sign showing the institution/company name, janitorial service for the aisles in the exhibit area; and two meeting registration badges.

All SEPA Exhibitors are welcome to attend all scheduled events. 

Registration:

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express by using our online payment system. Final deadline for credit card payment is February 28, 2023. The registration system will open in early September 2022.  Checks will be accepted for payment until March 10, 2023. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
