Annual Meeting Advertisements

The 71st Annual Meeting of SEPA will be held at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia in Atlanta, GA, April 9 – 12, 2025.  As of our 2023 Annual Meeting, SEPA no longer distributes a printed copy of the program to attendees.  Instead, attendees will have access to the SEPA Annual Meeting mobile app which will contain all meeting related information.  A PDF of the meeting program will also be available via the SEPA website and the app.  All ad materials should be sent to the SEPA Central Office by no later than Friday, February 14, 2025.  Please contact with any questions or to make purchase arrangements.


Mobile App Advertisements

Mobile App Advertisers’ content will be showcased in the SEPA Annual Meeting mobile app, which is the primary means by which registered attendees will be able to access meeting-related information before, during, and after the Annual Meeting.  Two options are available:

(1) “Lobby” banner ad (highlighted in yellow below) – your advertisement will appear at the top of the “lobby” page within the mobile app and rotate with other advertisers.  This option is visible only on the “lobby” screen (i.e., landing page) of the app.

(2) “Footer” banner ad (highlighted in red below) – your advertisement will appear at the bottom of the screen and rotate with other advertisers.  This option is visible on multiple pages throughout the mobile app.

For either of the options listed above, the necessary specifications are 1200 (width) x 180 (height) pixels.  PNG format required (maximum file size of 1 mb).

SEPA Website Advertisements

Advertisers’ content will be showcased on the SEPA website upon submission and will remain visible through May 2024.  Please format according to the following specifications:

  • Resolution = 72 ppi
  • Maximum width = 650 pixels
  • Maximum height = 300 pixels

PDF Advertisements

With the purchase of one or both of the options noted above, a full-page ad in the meeting program PDF will be included at no additional charge (if desired).  Ads that appear in the PDF document should be high-resolution, no less than 300 dpi, and submitted as a PDF or in jpeg format.  Pages will be formatted to 5.5 x 8.5 in. vertically (please do NOT set up formatting for 8.5 x 11 in.).

  • Mobile app “Lobby” banner ad = $300.00
  • Mobile app “Footer” ad = $400.00
  • Mobile app ad package (“Lobby” and “Footer”) = $600.00
  • SEPA website ad = $200.00
  • Mobile app (Lobby AND Footer) + website package = $750.00
  • Mobile app (Lobby OR Footer) + website package = $650.00
  • PDF ad = $200.00 (FREE with purchase of any option above)

Credit card payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express through February 6, 2024.  Checks will also be accepted for payment until February 16, 2024. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
