According to the SEPA Constitution, annual dues are to be effective with the beginning of the fiscal year on September 1st.

Dues for each fiscal year are then payable upon receipt of notice from the Administrative Officer and become delinquent thirty days before the next annual meeting.

Because we have a new automated registration system and membership portal even our current members need to create a password in order to to pay their dues and register online for the Annual Meeting.

With that in mind, when logging on to the system for the first time, please remember even if you are already a SEPA Member you must click retrieve password.

Furthermore, you will need to skip the password blank at the time you reset.  Then you will be directed to enter your own password and user name/email address.

In addition, once logged on the initiation date refers to when the new system opened not when you initially joined SEPA.

Membership Application & Payment Options

Dues can be paid onsite at the 63rd Annual Meeting.

The login for the SEPA membership portal/automated registration system and the SEPA electronic submission system (ESS) do not interface. When submitting your proposal you must log on again as a new user or use your email address and password from last year. I apologize for the inconvenience and wish you the best of luck with your submission.

According to the SEPA Constitution, annual dues for the fiscal year are to be effective with the beginning of the fiscal year September 1st.  Dues for each fiscal year are then payable upon receipt of notice from the Administrative Officer and become delinquent thirty days before the next annual meeting.
