SEPA Annual Meeting - Advertisements

Print Advertisements

We would be pleased to have your organization represented in our program this year.

The book is approximately 100 pages in length and will be professionally printed and perfect bound. Be assured that placing your advertisement in the SEPA Program Book will result in advertising dollars well spent. Hundreds of professors and other professionals in the psychology community, as well as many students will read it.

We print approximately 1,600 copies to distribute to attendees. In addition, we will be selling advertisements (one size only) that will be posted on our website for six to nine months depending on when the ad is purchased.

Print ads should be high-resolution and no less than 300 dpi.  The ad should be submitted in pdf format or in jpeg.  The font size should be the size you want it to be on the page.  All pages were created 8.5 x 5.5 size.  They are not to be set up on 8.5 x 11.  This causes a lot of reduction in size of the font and leaves too much white space at the top and bottom.  The only color ads we offer are cover ads so you will need to send yours in color.  The pages are 8.5 x 5.5. Vertical layout. Not full bleed.  Please forward ad to sepa@citadel.edu prior to December 21st.

Online Advertisements

SEPA is also selling online advertisements (one size only) that will be posted on our website for three to six months depending on when the ad is purchased. Please contact Amy Limehouse Eager should you have questions, sepa@citadel.edu.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express by using our online payment system.  Final deadline for payment is January 31, 2019.

Checks will be accepted for payment  until January 31, 2019.  Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
