Annual Meeting Print & Online Advertisements

The 69th Annual Meeting of SEPA will be held at The Sheraton New Orleans, April 5-8, 2023. 

For our 2023 meeting and beyond, SEPA will no longer be distributing a printed copy of the program to attendees.  Instead, attendees will have access to the SEPA Annual Meeting mobile app which will contain all meeting related information.  A PDF of the meeting program will also be available via the SEPA website and the app. 

All ad materials should be sent to the SEPA Central Office by no later than Friday, January 27, 2023.  Please contact sepa@citadel.edu with any questions or to make purchase arrangements.
 

Mobile App Advertisements

Mobile App Advertisers’ content will be showcased in the SEPA Annual Meeting mobile app, which is the primary means by which registered attendees will be able to access meeting-related information before, during, and after the Annual Meeting.  Additional information regarding ad specifications will be forthcoming.
 

Online Advertisements

Online advertisers’ content will appear on the frontpage of the SEPA website upon submission and will remain visible through May 2023.  Please format according to the following specifications:

  • Resolution = 72 ppi
  • Maximum width = 650 pixels
  • Maximum height = 300 pixels
     

PDF Advertisements

With the purchase of one or both of the options noted above, a full-page ad in the meeting program PDF will be included at no additional charge (if desired).  Ads that appear in the PDF document should be high-resolution, no less than 300 dpi, and submitted as a PDF or in jpeg format.  Pages will be formatted to 5.5 x 8.5 in. vertically (please do NOT set up formatting for 8.5 x 11 in.).
 

Pricing and Payment

For our 2023 Annual Meeting, the cost of an advertisement on either the mobile app or the SEPA website is $500.  The cost of an ad on both platforms (app and website) is $750.  Credit card payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express through February 28, 2023.  Checks will also be accepted for payment until March 10, 2023. Names and email addresses must accompany all checks or they will be mailed back to the sender.
